Continuum Health Services has been a pillar of care, compassion and community in long-term health care in the state of Maine for over 30 years, led by owner Joe Hogan.
Joe's journey in healthcare management began 42 years ago building a company with a vision of providing long term care centered around dignity, respect and a sense of belonging. Continuum Health Services has maintained a steady course developing a solid culture of empathy, integrity and trust.

Continuum Health Services over the years has developed and managed multiple long-term care facilities, expanding their vision of care while maintaining our dedication to providing high-quality, compassionate care to residents and fostering a sense of community within our facilities.

The Ridgeline Community project in North Conway has been designed to bring together healthcare, housing and commerce in a sustainable thriving community.

Asset Development Inc. (ADI) brings extensive experience of construction management, real estate investment and development of both commercial and residential projects. Over the past few decade’s partners, Bobby Miller and Jeremy Turner have utilized their fine-tuned customer focused building process to exceed client expectations. On average, ADI generates over 3,000 days of construction annually in the 365-day calendar operating in all four seasons.
In 2025, ADI partnered with Continuum Development to help bring Joe Hogan’s vision for Ridgeline to life.
