At Ridgeline, we are dedicated to creating a supportive, accessible, wellness-based community. We have over four decades of experience building thriving neighborhoods, specifically for those seeking compassionate, high-quality senior living and care.

Our commitment extends to the development of a full-service campus in the revitalizing beauty of the White Mountains, including single and multi-family housing, 55-plus communities, retail spaces and medical facilities. Our goal is to act as a multigenerational home, fostering physical and emotional prosperity for all residents and their families.

Continuum is a family-owned business committed to building flourishing communities, particularly for those in need of first-rate senior care living. Led by Joe Hogan and his two children Jack and Annie, the Continuum team has decades of experience building and managing long-term care facilities.

The genesis of Ridgeline Community began with this team’s ambition to create an intergenerational space for residents in Mt. Washington Valley to call home, a space where their emotional and physical well-being would always be prioritized.

Coldwell Banker Lifestyles is a real estate firm consisting of 150 agents in 11 offices throughout New Hampshire and Vermont. A core piece of their business approach is about understanding how meaningful the process of finding a home is for their clients. This dedicated and thoughtful mindset has seen great success, with over 1200 completed transactions in 2023.

Jones & Beach Engineers, Inc.

Jones & Beach Engineers, Inc. is an engineering firm which has amassed 40 years of experience throughout New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts. They use their extensive knowledge to provide civil and sanitary engineering, land survey and construction services to industrial, municipal, commercial and residential clients.

Bergeron Technical Services

Founded in 1999, Bergeron Technical Services has decades of well-rounded experience helping clients with all types of building inspections, regulatory agency assistance and construction project administration.

MJH Design and Visualization

Michael J. Hebert, owner of MJH Design and Visualization, plays an essential role at Ridgeline as an architectural designer. Specializing in residential home design, Hebert was responsible for our single-family housing construction drawings and renderings.

Alvin J. Coleman & Son Inc. is a family-owned and operated business which has been providing civil construction services and materials for a range of projects since 1940. This hardworking team has been pivotal in the construction of Ridgeline Community.
